If you're a current state or county employee in bargaining units 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 13, 14 or 15, HGEA negotiates contracts on your behalf and helps enforce collective bargaining agreements. Retired state or county employees, private sector, non-profit employees and others can join as associate members.
